PROFESSIONAL OVERVIEW

I am Arif Ansari, an accomplished educator with a Master's degree in Physics (2006) and a B.Ed., currently serving as the Academic Head and Senior Faculty at RJ Vision Pvt. Ltd., Vadodara, where I have been associated since 2004.

With over 20 years of experience in teaching and academic leadership, I specialize in:

• Physics for Classes 11 & 12 – Focused on JEE and NEET preparation

• Mathematics & Science for Classes 9 & 10

• Curriculum Design and Strategic Implementation for foundational batches (Classes 6 to 10) preparing for future competitive exams

At RJ Vision, I have designed and implemented a student-centric curriculum that nurtures strong conceptual foundations while ensuring that learning remains stress-free and engaging. This structured yet flexible approach helps students excel in NEET, JEE, and other national-level competitive examinations.

Over the years, I have personally taught and mentored more than 10,000 students through RJ Vision’s structured academic system, which has played a vital role in helping them achieve success in India’s most competitive entrance exams. Many of our students have secured admissions into:

• IITs and NITs

• Top government medical colleges such as MAMC (Delhi), Seth GS Medical College (Mumbai), BJ Medical College (Ahmedabad), and BMC (Baroda)—a testament to RJ Vision’s consistent and result-driven academic approach

• In one of our proudest achievements, an RJ Vision student secured All India Rank 1 in AFMC Pune (2013)

As the Academic Head, I also lead faculty training, content development, academic planning, and quality assurance across batches and departments.
